Job Summary:
The Account Director is the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts and is focused on building and maintaining strong positive client relationships. Acting as a liaison with project managers and strategists, they ensure smooth and successful collaboration between projects and clients to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the main liaison for enterprise, ensuring regular and consistent communication through calls, emails, and in-person visits to maintain strong relationships.
Monitor client health indicators and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and effective resolution of issues.
Develop expert knowledge of the client's products and services.
Project Oversight and Execution:
Oversee cross-service projects for your clients, ensuring that strategic objectives are met and projects are delivered successfully by the Project Management team.
Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and company processes, using Click-Up for project tracking and management.
Strategic Planning and Consulting:
Provide 360 consulting to optimise client success and implement efficient solutions, collaborating directly with key stakeholders and executives.
Act as the main driver of client success internally, providing regular updates and supporting alignment between groups internally.
Financial and Resource Management:
Conduct financial forecasting and analyse the profitability of client projects, ensuring they meet financial targets.
Manage resource allocation and requests efficiently to maintain balanced staff utilisation and meet project deliverables.
Opportunity Identification:
Engage in solution finding to help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, supporting the solutions team in delivering recommendations.
Escalation Management:
Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, addressing and resolving issues promptly to maintain project continuity and client trust.

Your Experience:
Proven experience in client relationship management and project oversight in a digital agency or similar setting.
Fluent / Native German Language skills are a must have qualification!
Expert knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or Marketo.
Strong strategic planning and consulting skills.
Financial and resource management experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
Proven project management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and flexibly in a fast-paced, growing international environment.
Additional Requirements:
Have a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality when working with CRM systems;
Have thorough experience with inbound marketing;
Thrive to think about technically complex and demanding topics;
Love to do systematic, independent work;
Have the ability to communicate, present to and influence customers in a goal-oriented manner - in both, German and English;
Are open to new solutions, or even develop them on your own;
Are interested in your own personal growth and being an engaged part of a cohesive team, and last but not least
