Principal CRM Strategist
As a CRM Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to create solution designs that leverage and maximise the value HubSpot can offer your clients.

About the Role:
As Principal CRM Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to create solution designs that leverage and maximise the value HubSpot can offer your clients. This is achieved by running discovery workshops as well as interviewing existing employees, so you can consult and provide recommendations to create, optimise and automate processes across their customer journey.
Whilst predominantly project based, this role also offers the chance to work with existing clients, helping them make data driven decisions and continually evolve their usage of HubSpot.
This means that you are expected to:
- Take overall responsibility for solution design and documenting requirements according to our clients' needs and business strategies;
- Work collaboratively with our other teams who are responsible for HubSpot configuration, Integrations, Migrations, Project management, CMS Development and others;
- Facilitate discovery workshops to identify and document solution requirements;
- Facilitate workshops to help with process design & alignment between departments;
- Translate customer requirements into processes and map them to HubSpot
- Provide user training and support to our clients' teams to learn, transition to, and adopt HubSpot;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends across Marketing, Sales & Service/Support;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot updates
Core skills & competencies:
- 2+ years experience consulting and/or implementing HubSpot; Marketing Hub & Sales Hub experience is essential;
- Ability to consult on and create solution designs specific to HubSpot;
- Understand core marketing and sales processes;
- Can communicate clearly and set expectations with senior client stakeholders
What skills will you require?
- 3+ years of experience working on the HubSpot platform, especially within Sales Hub
- Solid understanding and ability to document business processes and customer journeys
- Creative and innovative problem solver
- Solution orientated, able to consult and challenge ideas with the aim of driving efficiency
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, data mapping & migration
- Client centric mindset, to ensure we deliver as much value as possible, within the agreed scope
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English
- Located in or within a commutable distance of Stockholm, Sweden
