About the Role:
As a HubSpot CRM Strategist, your primary responsibility will be to create solution designs that leverage and maximise the value HubSpot can offer our clients. This is achieved by running discovery workshops with stakeholders and "on the ground" teams to provide effective recommendations on their organisational processes, whilst maximising the functionality and value of HubSpot.
Whilst predominantly project based, this role also offers the chance to work with existing clients, helping them make data driven decisions and continually evolve their usage of HubSpot over time.
In this role you will:
Be accountable for the overall solution delivered within our CRM projects
Run in-person and virtual workshops to translate our customers' organisational goals into clear project requirements
Document complex requirements and create visual process flows for ASIS and TOBE scenarios, using tools like Lucid Chart to be shared with stakeholders and other team members
Work collaboratively with our other teams who are responsible for HubSpot configuration, Integrations, Migrations, Project management, CMS Development and others
Develop and run customised in-person and virtual training sessions, to enhance customer adoption and our customers transition onto HubSpot
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends across Marketing, Sales & Service/Support
Be up to date with the latest HubSpot developments and features - actively bring ideas to the team to keep enhancing our services
What skills will you require?
3+ years of consulting experience, specialising in HubSpot or other similar CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience running/influencing data transformation projects
Experience with change management
Ability to communicate with and manage stakeholders through large scale change management projects (e.g. Sales and Marketing Directors)
Experience creating detailed customer and user journey flows, using tools such as Miro or Lucid Chart
Creative and innovative problem solver
Solution orientated; able to consult and challenge ideas with the aim of driving efficiency
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Understanding of system integration logic
Client centric mindset, to ensure we deliver as much value as possible, within the agreed scope
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English
