We are now looking for the

Head of Revenue

to take Avidly’s Inbound selling organization to the next level and to create greater #tomorrowbound. Today we are operating in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany. You will be working with each country and you get to choose where to have your “home office”.


Background

Avidly is a digital sales and marketing agency and one of the largest HubSpot Diamond Partner in the world. We are operating in a market with high growth and we have aggressive revenue targets. Since our revenue streams are a set of many activities, software, services, retainer-based and project based in various markets. There is a clear need for focus on development of new services, profitability of existing and a move towards implementing passive income.  This is equally relevant looking into how we generate the optimal gross margin. Changes in the market are rapid therefore over-investing in the wrong revenue stream will hurt the company’s bottom line and underinvesting in the right revenue stream will hurt the company’s top line. This is why we are now looking for you, our new Head of Revenue to oversee the prediction, execution, and production of the individual revenue streams. 

You will secure organizational support towards the common goal of Avidly´s total revenue generation. This way we will secure the long-term revenue stream with a solid, well-conceived Go To Market Strategy. 

With the speed of development there is a clear need to ensure adequate training of the Avidly IBL, a continuous focus on improving the sales process and close monitoring on sales KPIs across the organisation. 


Description

As the leader of the revenue generation, you are responsible for creating integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, partner support, pricing, and revenue management. To be successful in this role it is important that you have deep knowledge of cross-channel marketing, and the latest trends in digital advertising to support the sales. 

The job means to grow, train, and manage a sales team, including developing sales strategies, closely monitor and analyze thus becoming a business development leader. As the Head of revenue you will also develop reasonable and thorough revenue projections for annual budgets and multi-year projections. It is very possible that you will participate actively in contract negotiations.

Part of the job is metrics and analysis and data benchmarks, testing demand generation, selling, growth hacking, etc., to measure success and failure. As a leader you need to know when, where and how to add, invest further into or discontinue services

We are also looking for someone with an eye for innovation, who can identify new business and develop the services the market needs, as well as having the skills to turn this into revenue. 


As the Head of Revenue you will

  • create strategies to drive all sales teams to work cohesively, optimizing each to maximize revenue
  • work with the COO and specialists to optimize existing revenue models and create new revenue streams
  • drive solutions with the different teams in the organisation to optimize the company’s ability to generate more revenue and improve customer retention
  • be the liaison between the CEO, COO and the sales organization
  • work with the COO to create alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Operations 
  • have the overall responsibility for the sales revenue generation managing the sales teams in each country.
  • identify market opportunities with product owners and turn these into revenue streams.
  • ensure that the sales team has the training and sales material they need to sell Avidly IBL’s services successfully.

  • Specified sales Targets including growth of the international pipeline, efficiency of deals from opportunity to deal won
  • Speed and efficiency of service implementation 
  • Profitability of sales resources
