Head of Solutions
Avidly is a full service Inbound Marketing Agency and Hubspot Partner. We’re 4 x Global HubSpot Partner of the Year and as an Elite HubSpot Partner our mission is to grow our team and customers by maximising the power of Hubspot. Our team and offices are based in seven different countries: Finland, England, Germany, Canada, Norway, Sweden & Denmark.
This role is to work with our Solutions Team.
The core of the role will involve bringing on new business clients working with us in a variety of ways. This role is a senior position reporting into the Solutions Director.
- Sales
Own and drive all business for the territory or service
Good understanding of customer business requirements and development needs and possible customer industry related requirements
Build and maintain a strong pipeline
Respond to client queries in a timely manner
- Proven track record of sales -
3 years consistently hitting sales targets
Proven ability to manage and close deals with multiple stakeholders from both the client and internally
Ability to build and maintain your own pipeline.
Expert level of understanding of Avidly HubSpot Solutions core services as well as HubSpot software.
- Consulting
- Must be able to independently run in depth discovery with prospects and clients to diagnose the main challenges they have and how Avidly can best help. This will include:
Running Discovery (GPCT-BA) and answer client questions independently
Scope the project independently
Understanding the prospects business and industry and building a proposal for the solution independently
Communicating effectively with the delivery team and clients stakeholders in a timely fashion
Independently build out custom plans for prospects based on their need
Consult with the service directors on potential services for new prospects
- Must be able to independently run in depth discovery with prospects and clients to diagnose the main challenges they have and how Avidly can best help. This will include:
- Hubspot
- Strong understanding of the Hubspot platform and all Hubs
Minimum 2+ years of implementation experience in Sales, Service or Marketing Hub or minimum 5 years Hubspot sales experience
Capability to demo and use all Hubs
Stay up to date with new products and services from HubSpot and understand how they can benefit our clients
Experienced managing complex sales cases with multiple stakeholders leading to successful closed sales OR
Built a strong relationship with our PDM at Hubspot and had over 5 successful sales (Closing 50%+ of referred Hubspot deals)
- Strong understanding of the Hubspot platform and all Hubs
Who are you?
5 years Hubspot sales experience (across Hubs) or 2 years of Hubspot implementation experience
Experience of working with multiple customer groups and industries inc Enterprise Hubspot clients
Proven record of working to and meeting sales targets
Willing to travel to prospects when required
Have exceptional communication both written and verbal Finnish and English
