The goal of the CRM Consultant is to facilitate the use of the HubSpot platform for our clients. Working across the entire HubSpot platform it is the Consultant's role to review, advise, configure and implement the platform as the client requires. Working with clients on specific projects ranging from a 30 - 90 day project or long-term cooperation.
As a CRM Consultant (f/m/d) you are responsible to
- strategically consult the client on how to utilize HubSpot as a CRM platform
- develop client specific CRM strategies
- conduct user and stakeholder interviews regarding processes
- map, identify, document and prepare processes for implementation
- conduct workshops regarding specific client needs (e.g., loyalty schemes, lead management, sales, aftersales service etc.)
- map customised reports and dashboards
- develop project roadmaps & timelines and make sure those are met
- be an active part in client’s CRM teams as an external consultant
- build strong relationships with clients
- identify ways to improve usage of the CRM (including portal audits & suggestions, answering technical questions from clients relating to HubSpot, providing proactive suggestions to the client POC, to help increase the client’s usage of HubSpot, ensuring best practices are followed)
- continually improve data integrity
- train teams on how to use the HubSpot platform
- support the Hubspot Consultants by analysing and documenting the current ‘state’ of their client accounts
- proactively suggest ways to implement new HubSpot features for clients
- collaborate strongly with the Solutions team to create bespoke scopes of work
- work with sales, marketing and service teams to map and build their processes
Therefore you have
- expertise in HubSpot & experience with a minimum of 3 implementations in HubSpot
- experience in CRM projects (from start to handover)
- the skill to resolve technical CRM issues, including responding to bespoke requirements
- 3+ years of CRM experience
- the ability to manage several different projects at once
- great communication skills to build relationships with clients
- strong communication and presentation skills - reporting to key stakeholders & client management to present the project
- a proactive approach, both internally and with clients - always thinking of what we can do to grow our services as well as supporting our clients growth
- good problem-solving abilities
- curiosity, ambitions and a high self-motivation
- fluent language skills in German and English
