Technical Solutions Engineer Summary:
As part of Avidly’s growth and increased demand from customers we are now growing our solutions team with a new Technical Solutions Engineer. The solutions team is part of Avidly’s sales team, the aim of the solutions team is to understand and scope out complex prospect requirements to support the sales process.
Technical Solution Engineer job role will include:
Tech stack recommendations and HubSpot architecture mapping at pre sales stage
Present your solutions clearly to the prospect
Native Integration recommendations / research
Complex integration recommendations and pre sales scoping
To be able to answer technical questions around a data migration and to be able to scope what's required
Quoting technical requirements
Working with other members of the solutions team to support on any other technical elements for other projects e.g: Websites
Who are you?
- Have at least 2 years experience in a technical role:
As a Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineer
Background in development/programming (Delivery or project management) - Backend
API, Integrations, Migrations, Data warehousing
Technical CRM role
Strong communication and presentation skills in order to articulate your proposed package and scoping findings to prospects that may not be as technical minded.
Experience of working with multiple customer groups and industries
Strong Knowledge and experience of data feeds & APIs
Have good understanding and be able to visualise the prospects tech architecture and make recommendations
Understanding of internet applications, emerging web technologies and industry trends also a hunger to learn new technical systems.
Good understanding of CRM platforms, requirements and setup
Excellent problem solving skills
Desirable experience
Previous experience using HubSpot
Previous experience in a sales engineer or similar role
