RevOps Consultant
Avidly Agency is an Elite Hubspot Solution Partner, with offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, UK and Canada. Avidly is also an Advanced Certified Implementation partner and HubSpot Global Parter of The Year 2019, 2020, 2021.
We are now looking for a CRM Consultant to join our growing team of RevOps in Scandinavia.

Clear responsibilities and expectations
- Train up to become a power user of HubSpot CRM, supporting the onboarding of new clients into using the CRM and being the implementation champion with strong support from the wider team
- Scope, plan, design and develop enhancements to the HubSpot CRM for the purpose of optimizing business processes, operations, and information process flows
- Develop documentation on current systems including current logged CRM issues
- Train and onboard new CRM users
- Setting up dashboards and reporting in the CRM
- Collaborate with other parts of the business to share progress, learnings and best practices

- You are curious by nature and enjoy problem-solving
- Happy to be client-facing, demonstrate and train small groups of people, and can make tech understandable for non techy-people
- Understand how the digital ecosystem works and can adapt quickly to digital solutions
- Some experience in dealing with data and spreadsheets would be advantageous
- You can put yourself in other’s shoes and look for solutions from the other perspective
Your skills
- Experience using modern CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, SalesForce or similar
- Good Project Management skills
- An understanding of how modern SaaS platforms work and can integrate with each other
- Have a working knowledge of wireframing and process design tools such as Lucidchart, Miro or similar
- Can handle a fast-growth environment

Structured Review Process: For your progression and development it is important to us you have dedicated touchpoints with your manager. From bi-weekly 1-1s, quarterly meetings and annual reviews. You will also be given a yearly development plan.
