Sales Manager
Avidly is an inbound marketing, creative design, web development and Elite Hubspot marketing agency based in Europe and Canada. This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team here in Clitheroe, UK.
Job Role:
The core of the role will involve bringing on new business clients working with us in a variety of ways. This role is a senior position reporting into the Head of Solutions and Leadership team based in the UK.
Following up on all inbound leads
Generating leads through different channels
Identify the right fit prospects and work to provide a tailored service to support them
Form strong relationships with prospects supporting them at all stages of the sales process
Able to demonstrate solid understanding of our services and how we can help our clients
Plan, forecast and control sales budgets
Stay up to date with new products and services from HubSpot and understand how they can benefit our clients
Working closely with internal teams across the Group
Work closely with the HubSpot team to support them in winning deals
Clear communication internally is essential to facilitate the sales process
Who are you?
Have at least 3 years sales experience, preferably in a marketing, web or technology company
Experience of working with multiple customer groups and industries
Strong commercial awareness
Proven record of working to and meeting sales targets
Willing to travel to prospects when required
Have exceptional communication both written and verbal, with the ability to listen and understand client needs and focus the content
HubSpot knowledge ideal but not essential

Hybrid Working: We believe being in the office is best for building relationships, learning and collaboration, but you have the flexibility to work from home when it works for you and your workload.
Flexible Working Hours: Our potential office working hours are 8am-6pm and core hours are 10am-4pm to give you the flexibility of when to start your day. Full time working hours are 35.5 per week.
Holidays: You’ll start on 22 holidays plus bank holidays which will increase each year up to 27 days of annual leave. 5 Year Bonus Once you reach your 5 year anniversary you get an extra 2 weeks pay to celebrate a half decade milestone

Structured Review Process: For your progression and development it is important to us you have dedicated touchpoints with your manager. From monthly 1-1s to twice yearly reviews.
