Avidly Norway seeks a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The role will focus on research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities.

As a BDR working in Avidly, you will communicate with our leads and help identify their growth challenges. You will conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers, use your business acumen to identify how Avidly could help this business grow.


Responsibilities

  • Working with Head of Sales locally and other parts of the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies
  • Conduct prospecting to qualify leads we receive through our inbound marketing efforts
  • Social outreach: using tools available to do brief analysis of a leads’ marketing, reaching out and connecting.
  • Communicate with leads and relevant businesses about growth strategies
  • Use analysis and inbound assets to warm up relevant marketing qualified leads to become sales qualified leads
  • Use prospect reporting to look for relevant leads
  • Build and modify sequences together with sales team
  • Call SQLS to qualify and book more meeting
  • Book meetings for the sales advisors and Head of Sales locally to further assess the business’ needs and how we can help them grow.
  • Being curious and actively learn about how businesses operate, what challenges they face, and how technology can dramatically improve their businesses, their employees' day to day and the experience for their customers.




Requirements

  • A track record of high achievement and proven results
  • The desire to exceed measurable performance goals
  • Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • A strong interest in learning new skills and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competitive nature and a drive to push to achieve goals
  • The ability and desire to work in an environment with peers who challenge you to be better
  • Needs to be comfortable using video as outreach method
  • Comfortable communicating in Norwegian.
