As a HubSpot Consultant (f/m/d) you are the one who

• advises our customers on the optimal use of HubSpot and work operationally in the system;
• looks after our existing and new HubSpot customers and conduct regular customer meetings;
• knows the goals, potential and challenges of our customers and support them in optimizing their marketing, sales and service processes;
• analyzes existing HubSpot implementations and optimize them;
• carries out a systematic HubSpot setup & onboarding for new customers;
• maps processes and customer requirements (e.g. workflows, emails, landing pages, etc.) in HubSpot;
• supports workshops and holds regular customer meetings;
• runs courses, training and documentation.

Therefore you

• are technically experienced with HubSpot as a CRM system or comparable applications such as Salesforce/Dynamics/Marketo; or even in web development, which is of advantage, ideally agency or start-up background;
• have a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality when working with CRM systems;
• have experience with inbound marketing;
• thrive to think about technically complex and demanding topics;
• love to do systematic, independent work;
• follow a conceptual, design-technical approach and are able to create a concrete concept out of an abstract briefing;
• have the ability to communicate, present to and influence customers in a goal-oriented manner - in both, German and English;
• have project management skills; 
• are open to new solutions, or even develop them on your own;
• are interested in your own personal growth and being an engaged part of a cohesive team, and last but not least
